Nem has been at it again and beaten me (like thats hard!) to getting a working Photoshop VTF plug-in working. It uses our VTFLib library and lets you read and write VTF files directly into Photoshop 6 or higher. Because it was written with the Photoshop 6 SDK, it should also work with any other program which supports Photoshop plug-ins, including PaintShop Pro.
