Ergo, ego...

Hello World, my name is "Jed"
This is my homepage - a collection of hacks, duct tape and other code and 3D related buggery done in my spare time. I'm self taught in most of these things (which is evident in the lack of quality and testing) but things aren't fun if their easy.
I was concieved in 1975 somewhere in middle England, and finally escaped that rainy island in 1999 for the freezing climates of Scandinavia. I'm now a permanent resident of the city of Stockholm, Sweden.
Before I left the UK I'd worked as a designer (both Web and print), Web & multimedia designer/developer, studio and project manager and CTO. That plus a good deal of hardware/network design and support work. I've worked on a number of projects for clients that include The Body Shop, Motorola, Apple, British Telecom and Saab Automobile.
In my free time I hack together models and utilities for computer games. I'm usually always working on several projects at the same time (and never seeming to get them finished) usually for Half-life or Half-Life 2 based games. I also write plug-in's and utilities for the 3D modelling software Milkshape 3D and 3DS Max.
In the rare moments when I'm not at a computer I study WWII History (specifically British Gliderborne Forces), music (murdering the guitar) or if I can be bothered to go outside, photography.
Theres little else to say about me, im fairly un-remarkable and pretty down to Earth with a sarcastic sense of humour that American's rarely understand.
